We have employees all over the world like the sun never sets in the expense by empire. And so as a result if you want to create an inclusive organization that allows people to work anywhere you have to give them a working environment that enables them to succeed from anywhere. So we basically have no meetings. We just like we do lots of one-on-one meetings because I think that creates a direct and interpersonal relationship. Those can happen in a synchronous fashion because if you set aside time to do it you can make it work but we don't have any sort of like large group meetings.
