How Mindful Eating Can Improve Your Blood Sugar Levels

There have actually been research that's shown that in people with type two diabetes, just mindful eating. So really getting centered and sitting down and relaxing can improve your body's response to said food afterwards. And so if you can just sit and maybe practically speaking, take 10 deep breaths into your belly, take a moment to express gratitude for the food and then eat. You can actually have a significant impact on how your blood sugar raises in response to that meal.
