The Importance of Routine and Habit
Routine and habit are so important. Without routine, it's always going to be a struggle to make this shit work. I think the thing is we build it up in our head like, oh, in order for me to lift weights, I have to have a kettlebell and I have to this. And if there's not a barbell there, I can't do the exercises. Just go for a walk on the beach, you fucking idiot. But yeah, so my little mini routines. Yeah, so breaking it down. This is what I'm trying to talk about. You've got a bit of inertia and you're like, 'I can't get back into it'
