The safest place to begin is with the ancestors. When you heal yourself, you also begin to heal your lineage. The spiritual realm has a greater effect on our bodies than we realise. There's a reason why our ancestors had initiation processes that were gruelling. It was not only for safety of the individual, but also for the safety of the community who would be seeing this individual.
