You Stress, Write the Good Stress, and Then There's Distress

Stress is the wave crashingt it has to crash for us to be able to fully restore. Stresses turn on physiologic processes that, you know, make us more resilient. They build a stronger frontal cortex which helps us control our rev responses. It's only when you don't have enough store, or you're in a situation where there's a no chronic stress do things like buying a house outside your comfort zone become stressful.
