A warning message coming from the RV Officer Llewellyn had noticed earlier parked approximately 150 feet away from the entrance to the building at 178 second Avenue. The recording blared over and over coming from a PA system apparently within the vehicle itself. This area must be evacuated now. If you can hear this message evacuate now. Do not approach this vehicle. Your prior objective is to evacuate these buildings now. There's a large bomb inside this vehicle. Let me check and see what we can do.
