Do You Think It's Better to Work With a Group to Generate Ideas?

When we do a creativity session with an organization, we'll bring in the person ha ons the challenge. We then pick the best creative question to work on, and then generate some ideas for solving it. One of our corporate clients put whiteboards throughout their research and development facility. And what they did was they had research scientists write creative questions that they were working on on there. As people walking by, they'd add an idea to it, or add something to it. So i would say yes, and if you have the luxury of doing it, yes, let's get a group together to generate a bunch of ideas for em.
