I still talk to the driver, but now because they are hiding behind these big screens that are there to protect them. They have these big screens and they don't need to interact with you. You just tap your card and walk onto the bus. But I still think it's nice to say, hello and you tap your card, they nod their head and you say thank you and you go and sit down at the end of your ride. In London some buses have a door halfway down the bus - this is to help the flow of people. It makes it easier for people to move around.
