i think sometimes weou just assume that the person on the receiving end just knows, like it a if i forwarded something and there's nothing at the top of it. You can't go, why are you asking that question? Then you almost always will not have provided what they were actually asking. Sometimes people aren't even aware that they're not being as truthful and forthright as they should be. And so one out of habit of being afraid of sugar coating or just kind of vague is going to hurt them more than helping them.
