Lean Startup - Is There a Better Way?
I think about this in a couple of different ways. How do we just go out and learn about our customers? And what's going on in the world where they're trying to do? So I like customer interviews for that. This an evaluative part of it, which is I need to build a thing and I need to know if the thing I'm building is going to work or not. That's where I like to use assumption testing. It sounds simple, but there's this hidden power behind it. When we test our ideas, we tend to want to build everything.
