How I Transitioned From ILM to Visual Effects

James: So you've been an ILM your whole career, but Andre started off in hardware. You've been at a couple other visual effects places. I guess I'm just curious. What causes someone to move around? Is it new challenges or what's, I assume, salary as well?Andre: It was mind blowing that I was able to do it. How do we bring this iconic 40 years old company to the future with Kubernetes cloud and all the buzzwords)? We are running workloads inKubernetes and the cloud and it's just for me has been amazing and rewarding being able to contribute to the companies. And I'm making visual effects, right
