ADHD and Parenting Is Hard but I'm Going to Do Everything I Can to Empower My Kids

I feel extremely blessed that it's like I didn't have this knowledge growing up so I'm going to do everything I can to help empower my kids that they're better informed on how their brain works absolutely. Things are going to change for the better once we get that education out and once people understand a little more of what ADHD really is because there's still this there's still the stigma behind it.
