In our industry today, the way things is, you don't work for the brokerage. The broker works for you. When I say training eight a.m. Monday, you have to show up. You don't get to just like make your own hours. That's not how shit works. And that's as a commission, 100% commission W2 employee. So what we're talking about, it's not a compensation base salary.
