The Women in the Exhibition, Standing Woman Seen From the Back
One of the women looks like she's got an externalised brain. It's her hair. They're weird, but they also have a relationship to 18th century fashion. The effect is objectifying simply - we don't see their face. We don't know their feelings. So if there is an element of kind of fantasy in these paintings, in these drawings, it's his fantasies, not any of theirs.
