Twitter is not justifying a $100 billion value because that's not their goal. Wikipedia raises money, but they're not making $100 billion a year. And even when they do ask you for money, they just put a banner at the top and push everything down. If Twitter had been set up like something like that, then I think the third party clients were obviously the way to go. It has been many years that we've all been dreading that, Hey, they might just pull the plug, right?
