King Edward's Royal Fleet

King Harold of england was trying to gather a fleet for war. The king had allowed the royal fleet to wither and decay during his reign. Soe king edward fking, privatized the royal vy and reduced it to literally a bunch of off duty trading ships. And so when harold acquired the crown and kingdom, it was without much protection at sea.
