Pite Test Config - Mark Mark Mark

Pite test config is used for grabbing command line flags a lot. Markers are great, but don't I when I learned about markers, I put them everywhere. You can mark files with a magic word called pite test mark with no spaces if you throw that in your file, pite test will see it. There's a bunch of built in ones marks.
