One of the things we find is that when people accumulate what's called sleep debt, sleep debt is the accumulation of lack of sleep night after night. As sleep debt increases attention spans decrease. They tend to do more lightweight activities, like Facebook, for example. But they won't go into challenge because they just don't have the mental resources available.
