Wisdom Cries Out in the Street in the Squares

In the Hebrew, I don't say crying out at all, much less twice. These are the verbs. First one is raising a war cry like before the military goes into war. The second time it says she gives her voice like you give a gift. The third time it says that she's calling out, which is the word for also when you're reading publicly. So hopefully a few things stand out to us there that we'll talk about in a second.
