Do You Put Yourself in Situations of Vulnerability?

i think it's still engrained in people that if you are putting yourself in does that mean that you have an issume? It does that as a leader, you have to be putting yourself in situations of vulnerability. If the leader, it doesn't, if the leader is questioning themselves. Can you speak to that?
