I followed a lot of the evidence based advice that you know you put out and that 3DM J and all those guys put out so I started tracking again. And then I got like 200 carbs the day before the show or something like that. Yeah yeah okay well and that explains a lot more actually because like yeah cutting carbs and sodium and whatever it's it's never pleasant but when you're death lead, even a small like fluctuation in your macronutrient intake can actually produce a pretty substantial difference in how you feel. But anyway so solike that was your horrific experience with getting lean and then what was the difference now when you got to like 185.
