The idea of talking about how difficult it is to be a pop star or like the journey of the pop star has been portrayed in every which medium for many decades. Tom Power: This show is in the mushy middle of two movies that I would recommend, like in its stead. One is obviously a star is born with Lady Gaga. The other one is another great music movie about women pop stars punk punk stars from 1982 starring young Diane Lane and Laura Dern.
