Change Is the Only Level That Matters

Equanimity sees that all of life wants to be happy and yet that human beings cause their own suffering to their face. So when we do have fixed positions going to opposition road, it softens us by showing that our enemies are basically the same as us. Basically it causes us to identify with the world rather than separate us ourselves from it.
