I seen a video of this Japanese teacher before he walks into the classroom. He changes his whole mood and puts on a fake persona or whatever it takes for them to be happy with him. Because every single time somebody with authority has that energy, it's going to go to everybody else. There was some crazy story that happened about a doppelganger teacher in France. She got kicked out because the school was getting so much complaints. They were seeing double of her.
