i think we under ppreciate often what it takes to surface that tacit knowledge. Does your organization promote the fact that our learnings from potentially or errors, or whet i wisay, more importantly, the things that almost went wrong? Do your culture incentivize that? It's every experience that they have throughout their day. Developing culture isn't a in a six-month project - it's an ongoing investment.
