The DOJ Is Trying Not to Use Department Resources to Influence an Election
The government has not petitioned SCOTUS for injunctive relief and does not appear inclined to do so. The investigation is moving full speed ahead at the same time as the ODNI review of those 103 documents bearing classification markings from classified all the way up to top secret. It also means that the DOJ could issue additional subpoenas, additional search warrants, even in Trump or anyone else.
