How to Recycle Homocysteine

The first thing you do with homocysteine is recycle it back to methionine. You have folate which takes a methyl group from breaking down other amino acids and transferring it to Vitamin B12 vitamin B12 then transfers it tohomocysteine that sticks the methyl group back on the end of the molecule. Once you do that you can then activate it again using ATP and magnesium and you get acid dentacyl methionine or taurine, sulfate or glutathione.
