What Do You Think About the Failures of the Free Market?

We're now learning about all these things that have outsourced to china rather often, butuknow to elsewhere for sound market reasons. But we've lost the ability to produce these things ourselves in anything like a nimble way. And i'm not a freemarket fundamentalist, but i am optimistic that at some point over next month we'll be able to produce lots of masks. We really need companies to build a lot more of a rainy day funds. It's horrr to make that case, because thet's often like, invest as much as possible or return to shareholders.
