The Hatred of Climate Lockdowns

In 2022, the IPCC report mentioned the 15 minute city as a climate solution for what I think is the first time. It's basically a fancy way of saying we're building an environment that encourages non-car ways of getting around. That is an effective way to mitigate CO2 pollution. But ever since then, conspiracy theorists have tied it to basically any disaster,. Any kind of environmental disaster that's happened. And they now see those disasters as sciops for trying to get us to do climate lockdowns.
