The Euro-Dollar Market - What's the Shortfall?

There's nothing that kills dollar providing more than uncertainty. So high level of uncertainty left dollars that triggered this cascade of reserve manager selling. And unfortunately, ever since then, central bankers have been patting themselves on the back for trying to bail out the treasury market. What they see is a treasury problem without ever confronting the dollar issue that started it.
