The Definition of Religion in Buddhism

Buddhism is practiced by over 300 million people in the world who consider themselves to be Buddhists and they practice Buddhism as a religion. There are also, I don't know the numbers, but there are also a lot of people who would say Buddhism is not a religion. We tend to see it more like a psychology. It's saying the things that you believe in affect how you see the world. So if you're comparing the two just off of those two definitions, Buddhism is much more of a psychology than it is a religion.
