Do You Know How to Add Value to Your Business?

The first thing I'd probably say is, hey, diversify out of organic traffic, because Google's going to kill you. But really, it's more about owning the customer and then understanding the risks you're taking better. And so that's where I would have told a young Jacob to focus more on. Excellent. So as you evaluate businesses to buy, what are some things that you're looking at in terms of like how you can add value, how you can grow them? This may be at a high level, not specifically for you, but maybe a list of, you know, three to five things that you'm looking for that you can addvalue.
