Athletes fall into three camps when it comes to goal setting. There's no mind setting your way out of your physical limit. Social media is kind of influencing things in a not great way. It can create this kind of like illusion that it's easy to make these changes and it happens very quickly. We don't really know what you can and can't do, but you probably can't do that today.
