A little frustration is actually very good. We need some of that also. If we always succeed, succeed, succeed,. we can actually get bored. So we do need a little challenge. In fact, some failure is motivating. Some frustration is motivating also. It makes us want to improve. That's kind of the magic, we call sweet spot in English. The magical point or zone where we're going to have very high motivation and increase our skill faster and faster.
