How Did Next Door Respond to the Challenges of 20 20?
20 20 was obviously a really interesting year for the company. Many people became much more active in their local communities, on next door during shelter of place. And it was also an interesting time for next door to make a lot of decisions with some of the fall out of those events. They did some things that might have seemed counter intuitive, like putting in product changes that introduce friction.
