"I wouldn't get into doing any of this stuff if you have any underlying mental health problems. I don't think you should do it unless you've studied a lot of science," he says. "Everything weird that's happened to me with magic basically happened in the first year of my practicing it." He lives in southwest England, but grew up in rural Gloucestershire.
