The Junior Doctor Strikes
Dr Adam Kay was speaking to thousands of junior doctors in Parliament Square. They are arguing that what they earn today should be the same in real terms as what I earned 15 years ago. The problem is everyone is leaving, he says. And it's a disaster because we're already very short of staff. There's a crisis in recruitment and retention.
