The Labour Party's Motion of No Confidence in the Government
It's going to be such an easy issue at the events of the last month or so. It'll make great clips for election broadcasts and as Pat says, social media. So it's quite possible in years the government will be seen as a turning point. There was some suggestion during the week it could be on par with when Finnegal tried to slap extra taxes on children's shoes. I don't know if it will have the same resonance in decades, but certainly when the election is here in 2025, it's easy remembered by the public.
