It's talking about how as humans we usually distract ourselves from pain or from feeling pain. And I think I think it's something that we both have gotten a lot better and a lot more gentle at least the inner voices of you know if we do accidentally loser cells for X amount of time on social media or on the switch playing Mario Party. We're not as quick to judge ourselves and to put ourselves down and to say like oh my God I can't believe you wasted all of this time doing this thing. It's giving ourselves permission to try and explore and do more of these things.
