Jeff Meandering

Jeff had a very soft southern accent. It's like a courtly manners, which made people think he was a man of honor. In 1879, Jeff left town and started playing music in New York City. One evening he heard the sounds of a calliope, which is, well, you're a musicianally. He sounds kind of like this. I'm off for a meander. It's about time I become a drifter. What's he doing?
