Dylan: Dave had a great gig at the time. He's making insane amounts of money to doing this real estate coaching, all sorts of stuff. And he was just going there, figuring out how to serve, how to grow things. So we brought him in and gave him equity in the company. We'd pay him whatever we were able to. After about eight months or so, I think, so it's like, I need to move to Boise. They fly back home and you could tell he was so anxious. He wanted to be in the heat of it all the time.
