Building a Local Host

We're toying with the idea of creating local hosts, which are similar to het what julie george put in place. We kind of already have this, but having o boots on the ground, operations manager, r runner,. somebody that can physically be at the properties handle guest issues or hold account cleaners accountable. And so that's tos that would bethe. Next step is, with 30 units, you probly had need to have more of those, but if you're at the five letent unit range, you'd probably want to hire that one person.
