Design thinking allows organizations to create better solutions and ways of working by asking the right questions, brainstorming answers, and testing and iterating the ideas that emerge. He’s also an international speaker and adjunct professor at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, where he focuses on growth strategy and innovation.
