How to Scale Business and Communication

i'd imagine that the larger a company gets, the more formal the communication will become. But like, ultimately, i think o ation should work on a mission level where we as a team are like as a whole seven mind team and half a goal or a mission. And therefore then you have like the communication flow within a team, and not a communication going up a ladder and down a ladder again. It's mostly about ter having around these skilled people and help them really communicate in a very efficient way. This is, i think, is like the real problem, because all tech problems or product problems have been solved once. I'm intrigued to find out how communication changes as the business
