Ashby: There are seven ultimate drivers but I think if I have it right you broke it down into four sort of the raw ingredients that drive return capital people process and information. Then there's the enablers, maybe what separates a high handicapped golfer from somebody that's on the PGA tour - governance, culture and technology. And so with that in mind it's like well a Canadian approached implementation, a Yale asset allocation, a Norwegian governance structure and an innovation mindset like CalSTRS and you've got every model out there.
