When i published the book, there was no doubt that county needed reform. But it degan affl od reform ad day, between surday etween yeas e now is,. and reallyis a grasp at the nettle of getting rid of an awful odo, the malpractice that was around. Now it's a completely different thing. People don't read the accounts. I mean, really, people don't read eacal if i could find an adjudicator, i would bet you a large sum of money that the average so called investor, whether professional or amateur, in whatever capacity, doesn't read the reporting accounts. And so they miss things which are in the accounts
