I've suspected people really underestimate the role of your thoughts you're having throughout a day in your experience. I'd be really interested to have you, if you're up for this, give it like an example of a kind of thought that you don't want to have as much of and like how you'd approach that. And one of the things that I tend to notice about other people is people care more about what they say than what they think.
