i don't know how you define local andi santa cruz, he definition of a loco is someone who's been in santa Cruz two weeks longer than you. And i personally don't think that the locals have any other rights. Paddle up to the guy in santacruz where there one of the local bad boys or guys that have been there forever that claim steamer lane as their own. You start comparing yourself to a local, right? Yes.
