What Is the National Curriculum?
The national curriculum was introduced in the wake of 19 88 am. Education act. It introduced english, maths and science as common subjects for all children up to age 16. Religious instruction is still compulsory but other subjects can become optional when you're 14. But there's also citizenship modified a bit too with british values added on.
