Creating a Functional Learning Organization

Sales organizations are wholly focused, largely, on acquisition. The key here is to do what we call creating, create a functional learning organization out of the team responsible for owning that use case. It's not neceessarily the sales guy who's going to be or girls gong tobe ableo do that. You need, you might need to bring in a data scientist. You may need to brought in additona aunless. And then when you get into step to, which is owning the customer's thoughts and actions, youd better have the right skill set there.
